Claire joined Thomas Miller in April 2018 as Senior Credit Controller for the TT Club. She has over 20 years of experience working accounting roles for a variety of insurance companies and broking houses. Claire looks after the Cargo insurance accounts across all three regions on top of TT's Italian mutual business accounts. She currently holds a MAAT qualification in accounting.
Danny joined the TT Club’s finance team as a Finance Manager on the 1st of September. He previously worked in a similar role for DHL’s captive insurance subsidiary for the past 14 years. In his spare time Danny enjoys running any distance from Park-Run to 100 miles.
Carole is an Underwriting Management Technician, and her main role is to oversee and manage compliance with the underwriting systems processes. She produces monthly underwriting exception reports as well as any other reports required by the Director of Underwriting. Carole also looks after the TT Property aggregation system.
Carole started at TT club in 1988 as a claims assistant, then claims and underwriting assistant before becoming an underwriting technician. Carole passed the ACI Proficiency exam in the early 1990s.
Eva joined TT Club in December 2019 as an Underwriting Technician for the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux after graduating with a MSc in Insurance & Risk Management. She is also a Greek qualified lawyer and holds an LLM from King's College London. In March 2021, Eva joined the Iberia and Central Europe team as Trainee Underwriter supporting the team in underwriting renewals and new enquiries. Eva is currently studying towards her CII Advanced Diploma.
Loretta joined Thomas Miller in 2001 as technician and secretary. She is responsible for office administration and secretarial support for TT underwriting department. Before joining Thomas Miller, Loretta worked for a crude oil company as senior secretary.
Loretta has obtained a MSc in Management and a BBS (Hons) from National University of Ireland, Dublin. She also holds two Professional Diplomas in Insurance and Human Resource Management.
Jenny joined the TT Club as Senior Underwriting Technician with over 20 years of experience in marine industry. Prior to joining the Club, she worked in an international broker to observe, implement and enforce operation policies and handle placement of Marine Hull, Cargo and P&I. Jenny also has experience working for a multinational insurer with a focus on underwriting in Marine Hull and Cargo as well.
Grant joined TT Club in 2010 is an underwriter looking after Members in South East Asia and Indian Sub-Continent region.
Prior to joining TT Club, Grant worked in logistics industry to handle claims and insurance affairs and then in insurance broking with focus on cargo and logistics clients.
Grant is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Grace's current role at the TT Club is as an Underwriting Technician supporting the Underwriters with the administration duties which are attached to all our Member policy files and the day to day tasks of the team.
Grace has worked for TT Club for over 18 years, joining from a non-insurance background.
