TT Club's approach to sustainability is intertwined with Thomas Miller's approach and in 2023, Thomas Miller became a United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) participant, reflecting the continued alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and a desire to undertake voluntary ESG reporting.

The UNGC serves as a voluntary initiative for companies to develop, implement and disclose responsible business practices, supporting strategies and operations with ten universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. The framework has an ambition to accelerate and scale the global collective impact of business to enable change for a more sustainable society.

The Compact welcomes companies across the world and hopes that by committing to sustainability, businesses can take shared responsibility for achieving a better world, with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

From 2025, Thomas Miller will publicly disclose their commitment to ESG and the UNGC through an annual Communication on Progress (COP) document.
