The Innovation in Safety award was set up to celebrate safety innovation in the global freight supply chain and recognises creative health and safety professionals throughout the cargo industry. Award entrants are required to show that a product, idea, solution, process, scheme or other innovation has resulted in a demonstrable improvement to safety.

Who can enter?
Anyone involved in Cargo Logistics - Members, non-Members, individuals, teams, companies.
When can I enter?
We will open for nominations on 2 September 2024 and close on 15 November 2024. The shortlisted and winning entries are kept strictly confidential until they have been informed. You will be notified of your success privately to allow you time to prepare any reaction, announcement etc.
What is the judging process?
Winners and finalists are selected by a judging panel. The judging panel is comprised of independent experts from the Cargo Logistics industry. All entries will be reviewed by all the judges on the panel and scored using a standard scoring template. This ensures a measured and educated response to each submission.
Are there any important things to remember?
- It's free to enter.
- All entries must be submitted in English.
- Any part of your entry may be used in our publicity material so please remove any commercially sensitive information that you do not want available in the public realm.
- Entries must be no longer than 1,250 words entries above this word limit may be disqualified.
- Consider including testimonials within your word limit.
