Career Summary

Charles was the CEO of TT Club before handing over to Kevin King on 1 August 2024. He continues to serve the Club as a Director on the TT Bermuda Board and is Chairman of the Thomas Miller company managing the Club. He is also a Director and Chairman of Thomas Miller Holdings.

Charles has been with TT since 2007. Prior to joining TT Club he was the COO in Thomas Miller's P&I business, managing the UK P&I Club. Charles joined Thomas Miller in 1997 initially managing a claims team before undertaking a variety of operational and management roles within the business.

He started his working life in the Royal Navy and upon leaving the Navy qualified as a Solicitor. Charles moved into claims handling in the mutual insurance world in 1991.
