Stephy joined Thomas Miller Shanghai in 2014 and handles claims for TT Club. Prior to this, She worked in a maritime law firm in China as an associate for three years. Stephy studied law and obtained bachelor degree from Wuhan University in 2010. After that, she continued her LLM study in maritime law at University College London and graduated in 2011.

Stephy is a qualified Chinese lawyer specialising in maritime law. She speaks Mandarin and English.
