Carole is an Underwriting Management Technician, and her main role is to oversee and manage compliance with the underwriting systems processes. She produces monthly underwriting exception reports as well as any other reports required by the Director of Underwriting. Carole also looks after the TT Property aggregation system.

Carole started at TT club in 1988 as a claims assistant, then claims and underwriting assistant before becoming an underwriting technician. Carole passed the ACI Proficiency exam in the early 1990s.
